    Hi Themelovin,

    first of all Tag is a great theme!! Great job guys!!

    Just a few issues I need to solve:

    1. VIDEO + IMAGES GALLERY:
      1. I need to have one (or more) video together with images in the same portfolio item. So the customer is able to scroll sideways on the homepage by watching videos and images. At the moment we can only select "gallery" or "video" format in the portfolio item, how can I override this so to have both? It'd be massively appreciated since it's the main fastball of the site! :)
      2. In case of only a "gallery" format, how can I control the order of the images? They're stuck in an apparently random order.
    2. CUSTOM GALLERIES IN PORTFOLIO PAGES: When we "enter project" is it possible to redirect visitors to a custom page with a different gallery type (like mosaiques, full screen 2 columns galleries, etc)?
    3. HEADINGS: Overlayed on each image we have some headings and a "view project" button
      1.  If I uncheck the category the red line is still visible, how do I turn it off?
      2. How do I edit the button (hide it, modify text, modify link) ?
      3. How do I increase the size of the left/right arrows ?
    4. BG OVERLAYS: How do I control the intensity of the opacity, diagonal or dotted overlays?
    5. TOP MENU BAR:
      1. How do I edit the top menu bar in order to replicate a similar feeling to my previous website at https://www.rodolfofanti.com/ ?
      2. In alternative: how do I let the default logo and "3 dashed" icon stick instead of being replaced by the text top bar menu?

    Thanks a lot for your work and kind attention

    Hi Rodolfo, thank you for submitting a ticket.

    I'm afraid this requires custom code modifications. Sadly we cannot help with individual modifications to the theme as per ThemeForest policy, items are sold as-is.

    You can refer to this Envato Market Page about the Item Support Policy: http://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy#whats-not-included-item-support

    If you want to hire a dedicated developer, I recommend giving Envato Studio a shot: http://studiotracking.envato.com/aff_c?offer_id=4&aff_id=3058&source=support%20request&aff_sub=/explore/wordpress-customization

    1. You can use only one format. The order of the gallery is defined by the upload order.

    3. You can try adding this CSS custom code

    .thmlvBlogMediaContent span::after, #thmlvRgba h3::after, .thmlvSectionCategories::after {
       display: none;
    }

    4. Overlays are images. You can choose them in Customize > Extra. Or you can edit the source file in tag/images/

    Good luck & let me know if I can do anything else for you.
    Regards,
    Themelovin

    Thanks guys,

    I appreciate some modifications require code edits, so I'd be willing to do it myself.

    I will then ask you for help for these 2 urgent issues now that my site is online:

    1. When I visit my site on an iPhone on Safari the first heading doesn't elegantly resize as the headings of the subsequent portfolio items. It also overflow through the top area. All the other slides instead work fine. I need to fix this please.
    2. The video falls back to the image on tablets and mobile phones. How do I change that?

    Could you also be so kind and point me toward the right php where I can modify the "view project"  button?

    You can see the issue at visualando.com on the homepage.

    thanks

    Can you send us a screen that shows you the issue?

    It seems to be all right.

    Rodolfo Fanti replied

    The first issue, the most crucial is the layout on the Iphone (Safari). As you can see the initial slider is not correct, the other works fine (as you can see in the third attachment).

    The second issue is the loading of the website on a Macbook (Safari). As you can see when I open the website it gives me a blank screen and i need to refresh a few times before it starts.

    Hi Rodolfo,

    so you'd like to change font-size on safari mobile, right?

    About the Safari on desktop your site then are loaded or a white screen persist? Please, could you check your error console?

    Thanks

    Rodolfo Fanti replied

    Hi guys,

    I don't need to change the font-size, I need you to fix the responsiveness of "slide 00" in safari-based, mobile browsers.

    I'm not in the position to check any console or help you troubleshooting a bug in theme's responsiveness.

    I suggest you to access an Iphone device and Macbook device so you can troubleshoot the bug.

    thanks

    I hope I can explain myself better with these 2 images:

    I put the same sentence in slide 00 and we have the responsive error.

    I put it in slide 01 and it resizes correctly

    Mr. Themelovin replied

    Hi Rodolfo,

    you can edit the header text size using the responsive.css file.

    You've to add the proper font-size to this element: .thmlvHeader.thmlvFullSection h1

    The titles below uses a different font size, you could copy their media queries to transform the first one as them.

    Rodolfo Fanti replied

    Hi guys,

    unfortunately I tried to replicate some media-queries by placing this in "additional CSS":

    @media (max-width : 400px)
     {
    .thmlvHeader.thmlvFullSection h1 {font-size: 2.222em; !important}
     }

    It doesn't work.

    As you can see "Slide 01" behaves correctly, exactly as it should.  "Slide 00" doesn't behave that way.

    It's probably an issue of containers but I'm no developer and I expect this to be fixed before the theme release.

    Would you kindly fix it on your side or tell me exactly what is needed for me to have "Slide 00" as "Slide 0n"?

    Also very important: the video slide doesn't work on iphones and tablets. I do I show it instead of image?

    thanks

    Mr. Themelovin replied

    Hi Rodolfo,

    the theme doesn't need to be fixed 'cause the first slide has a bigger title for decision making during development, to make a customization works, as you request, you need to edit the code as suggested.

    We checked the suggested code and it works correctly, as you can see in the screen attached; take a look, we edit the font-size to 2em on screen resolution minor then 768px.

    Good morning,

    I can see it works on a landscape screen but if you check it on a mobile safari browser, slide 00 doesn't resize correctly.

    Please see image: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4BjCWwzn6bYN3BtY1loOE9hRDA?

    As I said, your theme is amazing, and working as a 3d artist I'd like to recommend it to all my colleagues but this important feature needs to be resolved.

    The theme specifically mentions "Cross-browser compatibility and Responsive design" but it's not being out-of-the box compatible with mobile safari on Iphone. This is a developer's issue.

    It's now taken almost 5 days of my time and it's becoming really frustrating. I tried to insert this in all media queries but it always seem to be somehow overridden:

     .thmlvHeader.thmlvFullSection h1 {font-size: 1.7em;}

    I really need you to sort this out please.

    The second issue is: video is not displaying on mobile and tablet devices.

    Mr. Themelovin replied

    Hi Rodolfo,

    please, differentiate bugs from your specific requests, the code that we sent you works great (see a screenshot attached), but you have to insert it correctly in the style sheet (/styles/responsive.css) inside the preferred media-query. Checking your theme seems that some code has been edited by you or by an external plugin which are overriding the theme default styles.

    Relatively the request to view the video in the mobile is, in this case, a specific choice not to show the video taken during the development of the theme, to avoid unwanted traffic data consumption.

    Usually we suggest to ask for any customization on Envato Studio.

    Hey guys,

    I managed to follow your suggestion again and fixed the resizing it's now correct. Thanks.

    As for the video: I agree on mobile it would be a consumption of traffic but I think it's important to let the users decide whether to display the video or not.

    How could I enable it at all resolutions?

    Many thanks.

    Mr. Themelovin replied

    Hi,

    you've to edit /styles/home.css changing these lines:

    .no-touch .type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection .thmlvPortfolioOverlay,
    .no-touch .type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection .thmlvVideoWrap,
    .no-touch .type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection video {
        display: block;
    }

    to

    .type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection .thmlvPortfolioOverlay,
    .type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection .thmlvVideoWrap,
    .type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection video {
        display: block;
    }

    Please note: These files could be saved on your browser cache, so you need to be sure it will be updated.

    Thank for the help.

    All previous request solved but a last one probably: every slide has possibility of background video in it apart from slide 00.

    How can I activate it in slide 00?

    Hi guys,

    I'm following up on the open issue: it's crucial to me to have the video in slide 00 but still can't figure out how to activate it or any possible workaround.

    How could I proceed?

    Many thanks
