    Hi guys you previously proposed me this solution to enable videos on touch devices but unfortunately it's not working. A frozen image is shown instead with the code below.

    Thanks

    .type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection .thmlvPortfolioOverlay,.type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection .thmlvVideoWrap,.type-portfolio.format-video.thmlvFullSection video { display: block; }

    Unfortunately I cannot send access to my backend since I have some NDA visual work there. Could you suggest another way to check the code below?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Rodolfo,

    Can you create an FTP username and password specifically limited to this site area.

    Please, let we know

    Hey guys I'm really not comfortable with that, I'm sorry.

    But if you use a touch device to explore www.visualando.com you'll notice that slide 01, which is a video, remains instead as a static image.

    Hi Rodolfo,

    we tried to check your issue using the normal dev tools, but we really need to log into your ftp to check i deeply, there's no way to get some private ftp user and pass?

    Let we know please

    Hi Rodolfo,

    finally we sorted your issue and it depends from a change belongs to IOS and Android (Chrome) developers.

    Now there's no way to get a video played automatically (an article with a well-explained reason: http://walterebert.com/blog/html5-video-autoplay-mobile-revisited/).

    On IOS you can add the attribute "playsinline" to the video tag, but this will completely break the page layout. To achieve your goal you need a deep customization to move all video as background (like the first slide).

    We're sorry, but it's a choice depending by the IOS and Webkit developers

    I understand. Is there a way to set a fallback image whenever video doesn't autoplay?
