Hello, I just installed the Dope theme and was hoping to customize the portfolio page but noticed the "Portfolio" element in the visual composer is missing (see screenshot attached). Any particular reason why this could be? Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Yes, I saw "Portfolio Masonry" but that doesn't appear to be the same as "Portfolio". I don't have the same options noted in your documentation. See attached for screenshot when I click on Portfolio Masonry Settings. I don't have options for Portfolio Type, Columns, etc...

Hey there, I think it's almost there! The Portfolio option is now showing up and all seems to be working. Except when I add the portfolio module to the page and save, it doesn't seem to do anything with the web page. I tried several options within the Portfolio settings. Am I missing some small option to allow those settings to be applied?

Hi Kyle, seems that your WordPress install has some issue. We suggest you to create another one and install theme and plugins one by one to avoid any incompatibility.

    Let we know

  • Kyle Stuart replied

Hmm, I deleted the theme, and associated plugins. Re-installed the latest version of Wordpress and then re uploaded the theme and associated plugins but still no luck. Were those the correct steps I should have taken?

Hi Kile, please, could you send some FTP user and pass to check your PHP error logs?

    Thanks
